These Terms govern your use of the VittUp mobile application operated by Bhumireddy VittUp Solutions LLP. By accessing or using VittUp, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use VittUp.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP.

2. Services

  • Purchase digital gift cards.
  • Earn rewards and participate in promotions.
  • Submit loan applications through partner banks and NBFCs.
  • Access Digital Gold and other partner financial services.
  • VittUp is not a lender or NBFC.

3. User Account

  • Keep your account secure.
  • Do not share your OTP.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
  • Do not create multiple accounts for misuse.

4. Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are final.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded after delivery unless required by law.
  • Gift cards follow the issuing brand's policies.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.
  • Orders are fulfilled after successful payment.
  • Failed or reversed payments will not receive rewards or gift cards.

6. Rewards & Promotions

  • Rewards are offered at VittUp's discretion.
  • Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
  • Programs may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Leaderboards

  • Participating users may have their name, profile picture, and ranking displayed.

8. Loan Services

  • VittUp only facilitates loan applications.
  • Approval, documentation and disbursement are managed by lending partners.
  • Loan approval is not guaranteed.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraud
  • Fake identities
  • Unauthorized access
  • Promotion abuse
  • Illegal activities

10. Limitation of Liability

  • VittUp is not liable for indirect losses.
  • Delays caused by payment providers, brands, banks or NBFCs.
  • Technical interruptions beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Bhumireddy VittUp Solutions LLP has its registered office.
